New Hampshire Man Charged with Failure to Register as Sex Offender in Town
The following information was supplied by the Winchester Police Department. Charges listed do not indicate convictions.
Officers responded to a call from Winchester Hospital Emergency Room at 3:11 p.m. November 22.
Tewksbury detectives informed the Winchester police that a man who was about to be discharged was a registered sex offender who failed to register after moving from New Hampshire to Massachusetts.
Gregory Sheffield of 1145 Livingston Street, Tewksbury, MA was charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Sheffield was booked without incident.
